The Western States Baptist Convention (hereinafter referred to as ” WSBCCW” or “the Convention”) is committed to upholding legal standards, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and promoting ethical conduct within its operations and activities. This Legal Policy outlines the framework within which WSBC operates to achieve these objectives.

  • Compliance with Laws and Regulations

WSBC is dedicated to complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations relevant to its operations. This includes but is not limited to laws governing non-profit organizations, taxation, employment, data protection, and charitable activities. All employees, volunteers, and representatives of WSBC are expected to adhere to these laws and regulations in the course of their duties.
