Board of Directors

The overall responsibility of the Western States Baptist Convention shall be vested in a Board of Directors consisting of all Pastors and Department Heads.

Qualifications

All Pastors and the Board of Directors must Pastor an active convention member church and he or she must have been active in the convention work for the past three (3) years.

Duties

The Board of Directors shall have the sole authority to approve all contracts.
The Board of Directors shall have the sole authority to approve all real property transactions.
The Board of Directors is responsible for developing policies and guidelines for convention operations.
The Board of Directors shall elect a Chairman and a Secretary of the Board.
